To attain fixation while preventing destruction of a heat-insulating panel and ensuring heat insulation upon fixation of a cargo-fastening lashing rail to a heat-insulating panel on a box-shaped luggage carrier for a car.
An enlarged head part 22 is fixed to one end of a rod-shaped body part 21 made of a synthetic resin, and a screw rod 23 made of metal is coupled to the other end by bonding or the like, thereby constituting a fixing tool body 2. The fixing tool body 2 penetrates through the heat-insulating panel and penetrate also through a column CPO at a corner part of the box-shaped luggage carrier, and the lashing rail LR is fixed to the heat-insulating panel with a fastening nut 3. The load that acts on the lashing rail LR is supported by the whole heat-insulating panel and also is supported by the column CPO of the corner part. Therefore, the heat-insulating panel is not destructed. The fixing operation with the fastening nut 3 is easy, and heat transmission is shut off by the presence of the rod-shaped body part 21 made of the synthetic resin.
