Abstract:

To provide the structure of a vent hole of carbon material injection molding which has a raw material out-flow prevention means in a vent hole for gas remaining in a mold and can easily remove the out-flow prevention means from a molded article and a method for producing a carbon coagulation molded article.

The structure of the vent hole of the carbon material injection molding, in the structure of the vent hole of the carbon material injection molding to obtain a carbon aggregate by applying baking to the molded article molded by injecting a mixture mainly comprising carbon granules and a binder into the mold, comprises a filter 7 wherein fine through holes are arranged densely in the vent hole installed near the last packing part of the mixture, to decompose at a baking temperature or above, and an exhaust pipe 5 carrying out exhaust from the side wall part of a void formed in the lower part of the filter 7.
