When excessive load is inputted, the relative angles α, β of inclination are set in consideration of the amount of relative displacements in a wrenching direction of an inner member 12 and an outer member 14 in advance to the respective facing surfaces 25a, 25b, 31a, 31b of the contact parts 21 of an inner member 12 and stopper parts 28a, 28b of an outer member 14, which are brought into contact with each other, so that the contact part 21 and the stopper parts 28a, 28b are brought into contact roughly parallel with sufficient width. It is thus possible to avoid stress concentration in shock absorbing rubbers 24a, 24b brought into pressure-contact among the contact surfaces 25a, 25b, 31a, 31b to increase durability and shock absorbing properties.
