Title:
SUBLIMATION-TYPE THERMAL TRANSFER IMAGE-RECEIVING PAPER CAPABLE OF BEING DYED WITH HIGH DENSITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63252794
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dyeable layer capable of being dyed with a high favorable density and obtain high-density images through using low energy, by incorporating a barium-zinc metallo-organic complex into the dyeable layer, in a thermal transfer image-receiving paper comprising the dyeable layer in a laminated state.
CONSTITUTION: A barium-zinc metallo-organic complex, particularly, one produced by a process comprising an aging step is incorporated in a dyeable layer. With the barium-zinc complex compound provided uniformly in the dyeable layer, the dyeable layer is markedly enhanced in receptivity of sublimed dyes, so that high-density images can be obtained even with low energy, and the images thus obtained have favorable preservability.
