Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce constraint in view of structure and manufacturing of a discharge bowl, influence in commutation performance caused by a guide blade of the discharge bowl and possibility in wear of the guide blade, and further enable a submerged bearing structure to be installed even if a bore diameter at an installation floor shows a minimum value.SOLUTION: A submerged bearing structure 1200 comprises a plurality of submerged bearings 1021A, 1021B and 1021C for supporting a revolving shaft 1002; a first protection pipe 1023 enclosing the plurality of submerged bearings for fixation; a second protection pipe 1026 installed around the first protection pipe 1023 via clearance and at the same time communicated with the first protection pipe 1023; a first communication pipe 1024A for supplying or recovering lubricant so as to cause the first protection pipe 1023 to be communicated with an outside part of a vertical shaft pump 1000; and a second communication pipe 1024B for recovering or supplying lubricant so as to cause the second protection pipe 1026 to be communicated with the vertical shaft pump 1000. The second communication pipe 1024B is communicated with the outside part of the vertical shaft pump 1000 at a higher position than that of an upper end part of a discharge bowl 1005 enclosing an impeller 1003.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
