Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for the state monitor of a submerged pump device such as a liquefied gas pump device.
SOLUTION: This submerged pump device is provided with a rotary shaft 5A supported by hydrostatic bearings of self liquid lubrication type (an upper hydrostatic bearing 5E, a middle hydrostatic bearing 5F, and a lower hydrostatic bearing) functioning during a stationary driving and ball bearings (an upper ball bearing 5H, a middle ball bearing 51) and this rotary shaft is so used as to be submerged in liquid, or an object of pumping liquid in such a state as being in a vertical state. The abrasion state of each bearing is so set as to monitor based on the radial displacement and the thrust directional-displacement of the rotary shaft. The state monitor system for it is provided with a target part 5T provided in the rotary shaft and a detection means 5N detecting it. The target part has set to such structure as including the change component by the radial displacement and the thrust-directional displacement component by the displacement of the rotary shaft. Therefore, only one detection means can detect both of the radial displacement and the thrust-directional displacement of the rotary shaft so as to reduce the cost for the detection means.
