PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new derivative being a specific substituted heterocyclic derivative, having corticotrophin release factor antagonist activity, useful for treating a stress-related disease, an inflammatory disease, an gastrointestinal disease, a sterility disease, etc.
SOLUTION: This new heterocyclic compound is shown by formula I [a dotted line is an arbitrary double bond; A is H or a CR7 (R7 is H, a 1-4C alkyl, a halogen, cyano, OH, etc.) ; B is an NR1R2 (R1 is H, OH, a halogen, a 1-4C alkoxy, CF3, etc.; R2 is a 1-12C alkyl, an aryl, etc.), a CR1R2R10 (R10 is H, OH, methoxy or F), COR, etc.,; D is CH; E is N, CH or C; F is O, S, CHR4 (R4 is H, a 1-6C alkyl, a halogen, OH, cyano, etc.), etc.; G is O, S or NH; R3 is H, a 1-4C alkyl, etc.; R5 is phenyl, naphthyl, thienyl, pyridyl, etc.], formula II or formula III and is effective for treating a stressrelated disease, an inflammatory disease, a gastrointestinal disease, a sterility disease, etc., as a corticotrophin release factor antagonist, etc.
