Abstract:

To provide a new compound useful as a retroviral protease inhibitor, especially an inhibitor of HIV protease, to provide a method for producing the new compound, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the new compound.

The new compound is represented by the formula(1)(wherein, n and t are each 0, 1 or 2; W is O or S; R1is H, an alkyl or the like; R2is an alkyl or the like; R3is an alkyl or the like; R4is a benzo-condensed 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl or benzo-condensed 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group bound via cyclic carbon atoms, especially preferably 1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl group; and R5is a heteroaryl or heterocyclic group or substituted alkyl bound via cyclic carbon atoms ). The method for producing the new compound and the pharmaceutical composition containing the new compound are also provided, respectively.
