Abstract:
Nanoparticles which are uniform with respect to the distance between particles, their interval and arrangement, which are capable of being fixed on the solid substrate having a large surface greater than about 10×10 cm2 using the Langmuir-Blodgett method. The nanofilm thus produced can be used as the substrate of an analytical sensor, and when the analytical sensitivity property is measured using the substrate of the analytical sensor thus prepared, it is seen that that the sensitivity or the sensor can be improved.
