A dust sucking port 2g is provided for sucking dust with the suction force of a main body of an electric vacuum cleaner, a rotary brush body 8 is laterally provided in the dust sucking port 2g so as to be freely rotated while parallel providing a brush bristle line 8b and a blade 8c on the outer peripheral surface, an air intake hole 2n for taking in sucked air is formed on the upper surface of an upper case 2a while being abutted to the blade 8c, and a shutter body 12 is provided for opening/closing the air intake hole 2n with the suction force.
