Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck such articles as having unfixed surface to be sucked and having steep recessed/projecting step difference by connecting a suction device to the top surface side of a substrate having a suction port vertically penetrating in an approximate center and stretching a soft sheet member to the bottom side of the substrate along the whole circumference of the suction port with looseness provided thereto.
SOLUTION: A soft sheet member 4 is attached to the bottom face of a flat substrate 2 of a suction device 1 via an elastic body 3. The internal circumferential part of the sheet member 4 is fixed to the whole opening area of the suction port in the central position between the substrate 2 and the elastic body 3 and the outer circumferential part 4b is fixed to the outer circumferential edge of the substrate 2 and the elastic body 3. One end of a suction pipe 9 is connected to the suction port in the top face 2a side of the substrate via a fitting plate 8 and the other end of the suction pipe 9 is connected to the suction device. A space formed between the bottom face 4c of the sheet member 4 and a surface 15a to be sucked of a tray pack 15 is turned into a negative pressure by the operation of the suction device so that the sheet member 4 moves adapted to the shape of the face 15a to be sucked.
