To provide a suction tool for a vacuum cleaner which can uniformly radiate light forward of the suction tool, and can easily find dust on a cleaned surface, and the vacuum cleaner using the same.
A suction tool includes: a suction tool body having an inlet port open opposing to the cleaned surface; and a connecting pipe having one end attached to the suction tool body, wherein the suction tool body has: two LEDs 29 disposed on both right and left sides, respectively, across the center in a longitudinal direction of the suction tool body so as to radiate light on the cleaned surface positioned forward; two windows provided on a front face of the suction tool body so as to radiate the light from the two LEDs 29 disposed on both right and left sides forward; and a diffusion window 35 formed so as to cover the entire face of the windows opposing to the LEDs 29, and diffusing light, and the diffusion window 35 is formed to be thin in the center part, and to be thicker than the center part on both right and left sides of the center part so that a cross-sectional form of the diffusion window 35 is concave in a longitudinal direction of the suction tool body.
