To mount an on-vehicle ETC unit on a vehicle without impairing visibility of an indicator, easiness of listening an alarm sound, operation property of a switch and a design in a cabin and to ensure the anti-theft property thereof.

The on-vehicle ETC unit 10 is stored in a sun visor 2 such that a card insertion port 11a is directed to a rear side of the vehicle when the sun visor 2 for a driver's seat is positioned at a storage position. The indicators 12, 14, the operation switches 16, 18 and the speaker 20 are constituted separately from the on-vehicle ETC unit 10 and the speaker 20 is stored in the sun visor 2 such that it emits a sound from a surface directed into a cabin when the sun visor 2 is positioned at the storage position. The indicators 12, 14 are provided on a side directed to a front side of the vehicle, when the sun visor 2 is positioned at the storage position, of an outer peripheral end edge of the sun visor 2 and the operation switches 16, 18 are provided on a side directed to a rear side of the vehicle similarly.
