Abstract:
To suppress heat input to a superconducting coil from an electrical connection member that electrically connects a plurality of superconducting coils, thereby preventing thermal destabilization of the superconducting coil.SOLUTION: A superconducting coil device includes a plurality of superconducting coils 11, a conductive electrical connection member 12 that electrically connects the plurality of superconducting coils 11, a heat transfer member 14 thermally connected to the electrical connection member 12 via an insulating member 13, and a cooling device 15 thermally connected to the heat transfer member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
