Abstract:
To provide a superconductive wire capable of achieving a high Q-value, even when used in a high frequency band; and to provide a coil unit.SOLUTION: A superconductive wire includes a substrate 11, a superconducting material layer 13 formed on both surfaces of the substrate 11 respectively, and a dielectric protective layer 16 formed on the surface of each superconducting material layer 13. The dielectric protective layer is constituted by using such a material that the value of dielectric tangent (tanδ) is 0.001 or less, and the thickness is 0.05 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
