PURPOSE: To provide an efficient superconducting motor which can be assembled/disassembled easily and in which quenching does not take place in the superconductor.
CONSTITUTION: The superconducting motor comprises a motor body 100, a first refrigerant tank 201, and a second refrigerant tank. The motor body 100 comprises an armature 15 carried on a rotary shaft 16, a magnet part 10 disposed oppositely to the armature 15, a container 13 for containing the magnet part 10 and a refrigerant 130, and a refrigerant circulation pipe 20 coupled with the refrigerant container 13. The magnet part 10 comprises a superconductor 11 and a magnetizing coil 12 wound about the superconductor 11. The refrigerant circulation pipe 20 is coupled through a coupling pipe 230 with a tube coupling 26 or the like.
