Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a superconductive bearing device which facilitates assembling of a magnet, prevents escaping of each circular permanent magnet and yoke of the magnet, increases magnetic field intensity due to the circular permanent magnet, and improve mechanical strength of the magnet in respect to high speed rotation.
CONSTITUTION: A superconductive bearing device has a superconductive body 1 installed on a fixed body A and a magnet 2 installed on a rotational body B, in which the superconductive body 1 is faced to the magnet 2 with a spacing. In such a device and manufacture thereof, the magnet 2 is composed of a plurality of circular permanent magnets arranged around the axis of the rotational body A and soft magnetic yokes arranged between the circular permanent magnets. A connection surface between each magnet and each yoke has a shape along a spherical surface around the center of the magnet. A peripheral end of the yoke faced to the superconductive body is projected and extended to the side of the superconductice body. The circumferential end of the yoke is circular arcuately formed in sectional area in a diameter direction.
