Title:
SUPERCONDUCTIVE DEVICE COOLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014173771
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive device cooler capable of reducing influences on a superconductive device due to vibration generated by a cooler such as a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A cooled body is provided with a superconductive device, and cools the superconductive device to a superconductive state. An extremely low temperature part is arranged at a constant interval from the cooled body, and absorbs radiation heat from the cooled body into extremely low temperature. A container houses the superconductive device, the cooled body and the extremely low temperature part, blocks heat from outside, and maintains an extremely low temperature state. A cooling part cools the extremely low temperature part housed in the container from outside of the container. A supporting member supports the cooled body on an inner wall of the container. A first vibration absorbing part absorbs vibration generated at the cooling part between the container and the cooling part.
