Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus 23 for supplying shredder dust to a reverberating furnace 21 capable of assuring a sealing characteristic, performing a positive combustion of the shredder dust and increasing an amount of processing when the shredder dust is supplied to the reverberating furnace 21 for refining ore material. SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for supplying shredder dust to a reverberating furnace 21 for refining ore material and performing a combustion there. A supplying pipe 25 communicated with an inside part of the reverberating furnace 21 is vertically installed at a ceiling part 21a of the reverberating furnace 21. Shredder dust can be supplied from the supplying pipe 25, oxygen enriching air is supplied to the supplying pipe 25 to enable it to be blown into the reverberating furnace 21.
