The supply and exhaust device is installed in a building equipped with a heat-insulated target indoor region and a midnight power utilization heat pump type hot water supply apparatus 1. In a floor pit P, a plurality of zones are formed substantially partitioned by foundation beams and communicated with each other, and one end of the zone group communicated with the plurality of zones is communicated with outside air via at least one air supply port. In a zone having the longest communication distance from the zone provided with the air supply port, a heat accumulating floor pit PZ provided with a heat accumulating member M is formed, an exhaust part of the hot water supply apparatus 1 is connected to the heat accumulating floor pit PZ, and an air supply path communicated from the heat accumulating floor pit PZ to the target indoor region is provided. The target indoor region can be ventilated by a ventilation fan.
