Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the internal structure of a supply port to enable integral molding and to reduce the number of parts and the number of assembling processes.
SOLUTION: The supply port 3 integrally molded along with a cartridge main body consists of a cylindrical part 4, the outside clamp part 5 provided to the end part on the leading-out side (underside end part in a drawing) of the cylindrical part 4 to hold a seal member and the inside clamp part 6 provided to the intermediate part in the length direction of the cylindrical part 4. The outside clamp part 5 is constituted so that three fan surface-shaped protruding parts 5a with a center angle of 60° protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 4 toward the center part thereof are provided at trisection places side by side along the inner peripheral circle and the inside clamp part 6 is constituted so that three fan surface- shaped protruding parts 6a protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 4 toward the center part thereof are provided at trisection places side by side along the inner peripheral circle in opposed relation to the fan surface-shaped hollow parts 5b between the adjacent protruding parts 5a of the outside clamp part 5 so as to form the same shape. This constitution is necessary for performing the rapping of a mold for integrally molding the supply port 3.
