Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow washers to be taken out more surely when supplying the washers to an assembling device for assembling the washers.SOLUTION: A washer supply device 20 comprises a supply unit 16 which supplies washers W with twisted parts to an assembling device 40 which picks the washers W. The supply unit 16 comprises: a chute member 22, in which a passing groove through which twisted washers W are passed and a level-difference groove formed in the passing groove are formed, which arrays the washers W; and a positioning part 23, arranged at a tip of the chute member 22, in which a placement surface connected to the passing groove and a level-difference surface connected to the level-difference groove are formed and the placement surface and the level-difference surface are formed in size enough to allow one of the washers W to be placed thereon, which slides between an introducing position at the tip of the chute member 22 and a picking position where the assembling device 40 picks the washers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
