CONSTITUTION: In a trans-axle type transmission where a differential housing 2 provided with a final deceleration part is projectingly arranged to the lower part of an engine 10 than a clutch housing 1, the differential housing 2 is supported by a supporting means 70 in an integrated manner in the vertical direction and in a slidable manner in the right-to-left direction.
