A surface-drying treatment apparatus for aggregate includes a permeable sheet on which aggregate containing water are placed in a heaped state, and a laid body on which the permeable sheet is laid and which has a drain ditch for draining the surface water of the aggregate through the permeable sheet so that the aggregate is put into a surface-dried condition.
