CONSTITUTION: The gaseous flow contg. the high-polymer powder paint (e.g., thermosetting type epoxy paint) and inorg. granular material (e.g., quartz particles having 0.1W3mm grain size) melted by heating is sprayed to the surface of the interlocking block 7 to form the coating layer 8 of 0.2W5mm thickness contg. the high-polymer powder paint and inorg. granular material to the surface of the block 7. The mixing ratio of the high-polymer powder paint and the inorg. granular material is adequately specified to 10W100pts.wt. inorg. granular material per 100pts.wt. high-polymer powder paint. As a result, the coating layer which is bright in colors, is thick-walled and is robust and has the high wear resistance and large sliding resistance value is formed.
