Abstract:
To provide a surface treated plastic film that is excellent in toner fixability, does not generate toner transfer, can be applied for seal use, and can discriminate the film from another type of plastic card by touching it with a hand.SOLUTION: A surface-treated plastic film has a surface coating layer formed on at least one side of a substrate plastic film, wherein the surface coating layer is a layer in which a surface coating layer forming composition containing at least a binder composition (A) and inorganic particles (B) is cured; a content of the inorganic particles (B) in 100 mass% of the total solid content of the surface coating layer forming composition is 20 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less; the static friction coefficient (μs) when the surface coating layers are rubbed together is 0.65 or less; the surface roughness (Ra) of the surface coating layer is more than 1.6 μm and 4.0 μm or less; and a maximum protrusion height (Rz) is more than 20 μm and 40 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
