Title:
SURFACE-TREATED, PRESS-MOLDED STEEL PLATE EXCELLENT IN PRESS MOLDABILITY, APPEARANCE AFTER PRESS MOLDING, AND CORROSION RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3531550
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated, press-molded steel plate which does not contain heavy metals such as hexa-valent chromium in a membrane and is excellent in press moldability, appearance after press molding, and corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION: A membrane which does not chromium and is preferably made of a specified complex oxide is formed on the surface of a Zn- or Al-plated steel plate, and a resin membrane is formed on the upper layer. In the resin membrane, a solvent type thermosetting resin, a solid lubricant of polyethylene 130°C or below in melting point and 5000 or below in number average molecular weight, and a rest preventive are contained as main components. In the thermosetting resin, at least one selected from a urethane polymer having hydroxyl groups and curing agents of a block polyisocyanate prepolymer and an amino resin is contained as a main component. The urethane prepolymer contains at least one polyol selected form a polyether polyol, a polyester polyol, and a polyether polyester polyol, an isocyanate compound, and a divalent alcohol as main components.
