Title:
SURFACE-TREATED STEEL PLATE EXCELLENT IN CORROSION RESISTANCE, WELDABILITY, LUBRICATING PROPERTY; AND CORROSION RESISTANCE, FINGER-PRINT RESISTANCE AFTER WORKING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01316259
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a surface-treated steel plate which is excellent in the properties as denoted in the title, by establishing an organic composite film which contains acrylic ester copolymerized resin and a specific amount of chromic acid, phosphoric acid, silica, and fluororesin of which adhering amount is regulated on a galvanized steel plate or on a galvanized steel plate to which a specific amount or over of chromium is stuck.

CONSTITUTION: An organic composite film which contains no chromic acid or 40wt.% or under as converted metal Cr, or 120wt.% in terms of P, 60wt.% of SiO2, and 0.5 to 100wt.% of fluororesin to 100wt.% in acrylic ester copolymerized resin and of which adhesive amount is 0.3 to 3g/m2 in dry weight is adhered on a galvanized steel plate or on a chromate treated galvanized steel plate to which chromium of 20mg/m2 or over in terms of metal Cr is adhered. This surface treated steel plate is excellent in corrosion resistance, weldability, lubricating property, corrosion resistance after working, and finger print resistance and especially excellent in lubricating property. Therefore, press working is possible without using lubricating oil.
