Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface treated steel sheet excellent in high sped weldability even in the thin sheet by regulating the ratio of a surface resistant value on the surface at the outer surface side of a can and the surface resistance value on the surface at the inner surface side of the can in the specific range at the time of can-making in the surface treated steel sheet having different surface resistant values on the surface treated layers on the front and the back surfaces.
SOLUTION: In the case can-making, if X is assumed to be the surface resistant value on the surface at the outer surface side of the can and T is assumed to be the surface resistant value on the surface at the inner surface side of the can, the relational inequality of 1.1<(X/Y)<50 is to be satisfied. by this method, at the time of forming the welded can, the bias of welded nugget tip part to the inner surface side of the can causing the impossibility of welding, can be eliminated. Then, tin layer at 0.3-2.8g/m2 is coated on both surfaces of the steel sheet and further, aftertreated layer containing 5-30mg/m2 chromium content as this upper layer can be coated. further, a nickel layer at 5-50mg/m2 is coated on both surfaces of the steel sheet and tin layer at 0.3-2.8g/m2 is coated on the upper layer and further, aftertreated layer containing 5-30mg/m2 can be coated on this upper layer.
