Abstract:
To improve a work efficiency by configuring so that a surface treatment and a check after that treatment can be automatically carried out.SOLUTION: A surface treatment device 20 for surface treatment of a structure 1 comprises: a nozzle 43 for injecting an injection material on the surface of the structure 1; a check probe 44 for measuring the surface condition of the structure 1; a manipulator 42 for moving the nozzle 43 and check probe 44 along the surface of the structure 1; a driving body 41 on which the manipulator 42 is mounted; and a controller 31 controlling the manipulator 42 and driving body 41. After the surface treatment of the structure 1 is carried out by controlling the manipulator 42 and driving body 41 by the controller 31 and injecting the injection material while the nozzle 43 moves along the surface of the structure 1, the check probe 44 measures a condition of the surface of the structure 1 while moving along that surface by controls of the manipulator 42 and driving body 41 by the controller 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
