Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a surge absorbing material with double functions.

The surge absorbing material with the double functions has one property out of capacitance, inductance, voltage suppression, and a thermister, and includes a high resistance glass substrate and conductive particles or semiconductive particles with the low resistance of three kinds of a micron, a sub-micron and a nano meter that are uniformly distributed in the glass substrate so that a microscopic composite may have excellent surge absorbing properties.
