PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery system and an observation for treatment and imaging instrument with which the sufficient working space of satisfactory workability can be provided to an operator while effectively utilizing a space inside a surgery room.
SOLUTION: A surgery system 1 is composed of a microscope 2 for surgery for an observation and imaging instrument for observing a treating site and a surgical instrument for treating the treating site, and a motor-driven surgical instrument is used as an external device of the microscope 2 for the surgery. An arm stand 24 is provided with a power supply part 4 equipped with a power source circuit 41, which is provided inside a strut 23 shown by a broken line for chaging a voltage, for supplying power to a cuterizing device 3 equipped with a treatment electrode part capable of coagulation and hemostasis and incision by letting a high frequency current flow as the surgery instrument, an electric connecting part 42 with the cuterizing apparatus 3 arranged at the side part of a microscope part 21 and a connecting cable 43 for electrically connecting this electric connecting part 42 and the power source circuit 41.
