A suspension device includes: a cylinder 10 in which liquid is held; a piston housed in the cylinder 10; a piston rod 20 supporting the piston, and having a part projected from the cylinder; a bump rubber disposed to an outer periphery of the piston rod 20 projected from the cylinder 10; and a bump stopper cap 100 covering the cylinder 10, and having an abutment part abutting on the bumper rubber along with relative movement between the cylinder 10 and the piston. The abutment part of the bump stopper cap 100 has a plurality of recesses and projections (a first projection part 131, a second projection part 123, and a third projection part 133) different in height to abut on the bump rubber with temporal differences.
