Abstract:
To provide a suspension device that improves response of damping force of an ERF damper.SOLUTION: When damping force is changed from soft characteristics to hard characteristics, an overshoot control mode in which a voltage having an overshoot voltage value V3 larger than a target voltage value V2 is applied to an electroviscous fluid, and after the applied voltage is held at the overshoot voltage value V3 for a certain time, a voltage having the target voltage value V2 is applied is performed so as to improve response of damping force of an ERF damper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
