To contrive weight saving for an asymmetric head piston, and secure smooth slidable properties with a cylinder bore.
An asymmetric head piston 11 is equipped with a head part 11b to be fitted in a cylinder bore, a side force bearing wall 11C1 extended to a neck part 11 a from the lower down side of the head part 11b, and with a guiding wall 11C2 extended to the same neck part 11a from the upper side of the head part 11b, and the neck part 11a is bridged so as to be connected at least with the side force bearing wall 11C1.
