Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the perpendicularity between the attaching surface to a main-body device and the inner diameter of a bearing excellent.
SOLUTION: When a bearing holder 1 having the cylindrical part and a bearing 2, which is coupled into an inner hole 1b of the bearing holder, are provided, protruding parts 1c having the reference surfaces perpendicular to the central line of the inner hole 1b are formed in the bearing holder 2 at three parts. Then, at first, the protruding parts 1c are formed in the bearing holder 1, and thereafter a cylindrical cradle 38 is brought into contact with the reference surfaces. Bearings 2 and 2' are inserted through both ends of a central rod 35, which is inserted into the inner hole 1b. Then, the bearings 2 and 2' are pressed into the opening end part of the inner surface of the bearing holder 1 with upper and lower punches 36 and 37.
