To obtain a synchronous parallel-input apparatus, for a rotating machine, which can suppress a vibration generated when the rotating machine is input in parallel with a power system.
In a synchronous parallel-input apparatus 3 for a rotating machine 1, the voltage of the rotating machine 1 is synchronously input in parallel so as to match the magnitude, the frequency and the phase of a voltage at a power system 2 when the rotating machine 1 is synchronously input in parallel. A vibration level near a place in which the rotating machine 1 is installed is detected by a vibration sensor 4, the detected vibration level is input to the synchronous parallel-input apparatus 3 via a vibration level meter 5, and the vibration level is added to a parallel-input condition.
