Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide synthetic resin forming shoes that can reduce weight, at the same time, structurally prevent the peel-off of the bonding part between the sole and body parts of the shoe, and be easily manufactured, and a manufacturing method therefor.
SOLUTION: At a bottom face bonding part 11b of a body 11 of a shoe of a synthetic resin forming shoe 10 for bonding the body 11 to a sole 12 of the shoe, a guard part 13 projecting to the outside from the sole 12 of the shoe is formed in one piece, and the sole 12 of the shoe is bonded to the bottom face bonding part 11b inside the guard part 13, thus forming the guard part 13 for protecting the sole 12 of the shoe in one piece at the body 11 of the shoe, shifting a flex point A when the shoes are used for preventing the peel-off, and at the same time, eliminating the need of installation work for simplifying a process. Also, the sole of the shoe is made of a separate expanded forming body for reducing weight.
