This method consists of: a preliminary molding process for a light transmissive resin plate 21 (STEP 1, STEP 2 and STEP 3) wherein an outer shape and a pattern are three-dimensionally formed by a preliminary die and the multi-color pattern is printed and bonded by fusing; a second molding process for the light transmissive resin plate 21 (STEP 4, STEP 5, STEP 6 and STEP 7) wherein an insert molding material having a light control function is bonded by fusing; a molding process for a light diffusing plate (not shown in figure) wherein the light diffusing plate 22 for expanding and propagating the radiating direction of light is molded with pressure; and an engaging process for a front face plate wherein a display circuit board 23 on which an LED display element displaying winning information in an identifiable manner are arranged and the light diffusing plate 22 are engaged to the light transmissive resin plate 21.
