PURPOSE: To detect the abnormal charge of additive into a ladle and to prevent erroneous pouring of molten metal from occurring by automatically calculating the charging quantity of each additive for adjusting a resultant components into the aimed components and comparing the calculated value of the charging quantity of each adhesive necessary to adjust the resultant components into the aimed components with the weight of each additive actually and automatically charged into the ladle.
CONSTITUTION: A molten metal component adjusting device 10 calculates the charging quantity of each additive necessary to adjust the resultant components into the aimed components from the aimed component value information of a kind of poured molten metal, component analyzed values in the original molten metal and molten metal quantity required from a pouring device 16, etc. Successively, the molten metal component adjusting device 10 transmits the calculated charging quantity of each additive to an additive charging device 7. By the additive charging device 7, the additive is automatically discharged into each hopper from a weighing hopper stored with each additive based on the received charging quantity of each additive. Further, the molten metal component adjusting instruction device 5 compares the calculated value of the charging quantity of each additive necessary to adjust the resultant components into the aimed components with the measured value of the quantity actually charged into the ladle, and in the case of finding the abnormality, an alarm is sounded.
