PURPOSE: To make the operating number and operating time of each processing device appropriate, by analyzing the using state of each processing device which composes a production line system.

CONSTITUTION: The operating and processing states are monitored by a monitor part 1 installed corresponding to each processing device of a manufacture line system, each status information is transmitted to an analysis part 2 on each operation start and completion, processing start and processing completion, and the using rate of each processing device is calculated with the operation time and processing time being calculated on each specified period. In order to make the operating number and operating time of each processing device appropriate, this using rate is compared with the specified reference value, a command is instructed to the corresponding processing device via a command part 5, in the case of the using rate being out of the reference value, the appropriate operating number and time of the processing device are managed compositely and dynamically with a constant period to the whole processing devices of the manufacture line system.
