Abstract:
To provide a system, an information processing method, and a program that allow sharing of information for leveling operation burden between groups to which caring persons belong.SOLUTION: A system comprises: a plurality of portable terminals having a display screen and carried by caring persons in a predetermined facility; a nurse call server control unit 21 that can communicate with the plurality of portable terminals; and a large monitor that is associated with the nurse call server control unit 21. The nurse call server control unit 21 has a calculation unit 25 that calculates individual workload in a predetermined period of the caring persons on the basis of a first condition to calculate group workload for every group to which the caring persons belong, and a data generation unit 26 that associates the groups and the group workload with each other to generate group list data to be displayed on at least one of the display screen and the large monitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
