Abstract:
To provide a system, an information processing method, and a program that appropriately register a correspondence relationship of a caring person and a patient according to an attendance status of the caring person to achieve smooth messenger calls.SOLUTION: A system 1 comprises: portable terminals 50 carried by caring persons in a predetermined facility; a nurse call server 20 that can communicate with the portable terminals 50; and a care information server 30 that can communicate with the portable terminals 50. The portable terminals 50 have individual identification information. The nurse call server 20 has a receiving unit that receives call information on a call from a patient cared by the caring person. The care information server 30 has a storage unit that stores attendance information on an attendance status of the caring person, and an information generation unit that generates terminal correspondence information on a correspondence relationship between the caring person on duty and the portable terminal 50 on the basis of, the attendance information. The nurse call server 20 further has a calling unit that calls a predetermined portable terminal 50 on the basis of, the call information and the terminal correspondence information received from the care information server 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
