Abstract:
To prevent a burglary during the traveling of a transportation vehicle.
The traveling position of the transportation vehicle is recognized through a position recognizing device 10 and the traveling position is transmitted to an information center 20. ID of a password or the like is issued for the first time at the point of time when the vehicle reaches a traveling destination, ID is registered in a locking and unlocking control part 30 and an unlocking possible state is obtained by the input of ID. ID is simultaneously reported to a consignee.
