To provide a piezoelectric oscillator microbalance measuring system for measuring the physical quantities of specific substances at given locations.

The piezoelectric oscillator microbalance measuring system 10 comprises both a sensor part 12 and a control part 20. The sensor part 12 comprises a piezoelectric oscillating piece having an oscillating electrode provided with: a sensitive film to be combined with a specific substance; a detection circuit 16 for oscillating the piezoelectric oscillating piece and outputting a signal corresponding to an oscillation frequency; and a sensor part radio transmitter/receiver 18 for radiating a sensor signal corresponding to be an output signal of the detection circuit 16. The control part 20 comprises both a control part radio transmitter/receiver 22 for receiving the sensor signal outputted from the sensor part radio transmitter/receiver 18 and an operation controller 24 for determining the amount of change of the piezoelectric oscillating piece on the basis of the sensor signal received by the control part radio transmitter/receiver 22 and determining the physical quantity of the specific substance on the basis of a previously given operational expression and the amount of change.
