PURPOSE: To suppress the transmission of ineffective data when a package 3 is turned on and off.
CONSTITUTION: The information processing or communication equipment system is provided with a monitor section 1a performing the batch alarm monitoring of each processing system 13 on a common section 1 connecting processing systems 13 with a bus 2. The power can be turned on and off by extracting the processing system by constructing each processing system 13 to be turned on and off separately. The connection section with a bus 2 of a processing system 13 is made high impedance for a certain time in the case the operation is unstable when the power source of the processing system 13 is turned on and off when building more systems and at the time of maintenance to separate the processing system 13 from the bus 2. Thus, the ineffective data or the like is prevented from being transferred through a bus 2 to a monitor section 1a.
