This system for managing work information is constituted of one or a plurality of attendance and leaving information input/output devices 10, a work information managing device 20, one or a plurality of information application/perusal devices 30 and a communication line 40. When the employee performs input processing of attendance to the attendance and leaving information input/output device 10, the inputted information is transmitted to the work information managing device 20 via the communication line 40 and the employee is authenticated. When normal processing of attendance is performed when authentication is successful, a signal of "attendance processing successful" is transmitted to the attendance and leaving information input/output device 10 via the communication line 40 and displayed thereon.
