The system consists of a user terminal 10, a music distribution server 20, a member information database 40, client software 30 which is operated in the terminal 10 and used to reproduce digital music data, a shopping site 50 which is coordinated to a music providing side that owns the server 20, a CM merchandise information site 60 which is an information providing site of the merchandise being advertized on the CM from the server 20 and the Internet 100 which connects the above elements. An "ID", which is used to release ciphered music data, is controlled by the server and the client software in a coordinated and time limited manner. Thus, a user can reproduce and listens music while the server supplies the "ID" and a means is easily provided to the user for music distribution/providing information/purchase in a batch manner.
