Abstract:

To provide a method for realizing a printing solution for an entity and determining printing needs for the realization.

This method for implementing the print solution for the entity and determining the printing needs for the realization has a step analyzing a plurality of common records in a common list. Each of the common records comprises general information about the corresponding entity, thereby, at least one entity having a prescribed characteristic is identified. The substance is stored in a business opportunity list as a potential customer record. Specific information is obtained regarding a printing system of a customer entity and a printing need. The potential customer record and the related specific information are evaluated to develop at least one print solution of recommendation for the customer entity. This solution is implemented, tested and supported.
