In this system for recovering waste household electric appliances, a server 1 which receives data on the waste appliances consisting of manes of types, the number or the levels of deterioration of the waste appliances L1 inputted into a terminal 2 of the user through a network N sets recovering data by judging an operator for recovering or a method for recovering of the above described waste appliances based on the data on these waste appliance products and answers guiding data for recovering set based on these recovering data to the terminal 2 of the user through the network. As informations related to the recovering is transmitted to the terminal 2 of the user by receiving the data on the waste appliances inputted to the terminal 2 of the user by the server 1 through the network N, the user side can ask or inquire the recovering of the waste appliances by a relatively simple method and the appliance manufacturer side can perform efficient recovering.
